Letters to Lorraine-October 12, 1935

Dear Lorraine,

Certainly we are so sorry that we haven’t been there before this. So hope your mother is better. If all is O.K. we will be over Wed. That is mother, Pearl, and I. the men can’t hardly take off time so much to do. We’d of been there before this but our car has not been in order and the milk strike too has been bad here. So all together we could not come. But please don’t fuss for us, you have enough to do. We will leave here about 10 o clock and we have to leave there so we get home before dark.

As Ever,

Elsie D. (?)
